Dr. Neil Binkley recently gave a presentation at the Southern Regional Conference of the ADA in May of 2010 that has made me rethink a lot of my previously held beliefs about vitamin supplementation and type 2 diabetes (T2DM). He reviewed the data on vitamin D and its potential association with diabetes in general and potential mechanisms of action.
